User-Centered Innovation
The Solution UTRGV turned to Vinnove for their innovative approach and commitment to user-centered design. Vinnove began with in-depth interviews to understand UTRGV’s specific needs and challenges. This understanding informed every step, from branding and strategic planning to design and development.
Vinnove developed a strategic plan aligned with UTRGV’s goals and crafted a strong brand identity. Using design thinking, they addressed real user problems and built a high-fidelity prototype for managing well-being. The solution included both a mobile app and a web portal for a seamless experience across platforms.
Collaborative Success
The Process Weekly sessions with Dr. George ensured the project stayed on track and incorporated timely feedback. This collaborative approach resulted in a prototype that received positive feedback from the UTRGV team, reflecting Vinnove’s commitment to quality and user-focused solutions.
Partnership
Partnering with UTRGV School of Medicine, Vinnove delivered a functional app and admin portal designed to enhance the well-being of GME participants. This project showcased Vinnove’s dedication to creating impactful, user-centric solutions and set the stage for expanding the app’s benefits to other fields and industries.
Logo & Brand Identity
This logo blends the heart and brain to show the connection between emotions and mental well-being, with the heart symbolizing care and compassion and the brain highlighting cognitive aspects. To make it even better, we used the color purple to represent wisdom, and creativity.
App Gamification Through Quests and Journeys
To boost engagement and promote the use of the app’s self-guided wellbeing journeys, we’ve introduced quests and journeys. These gamified elements are designed to encourage users to implement wellbeing exercises in a fun and interactive way.
“Their creativity, customer service, and dedication to understanding our needs stood out, making them great relationship-builders. We can’t think of any areas for improvement; our relationship with Vinnove has been nothing short of productive and pleasant.”
